EAP.ORG.AU is the Peak Australian Body representing employers, practitioners & providers that use & deliver Employee Assistance Programs.

  • Membership is completely free for all employers, EAP Providers as well as to practitioners.
  • If you are an employer looking for an appropriate EAP Service for your company let us know your requirements and we will do our best to match you with one of our registered providers.
  • If you are an EAP Provider register and we will do our best to match enquiries with your specific offerings.

Mission Statement

Promote workplace benefits including increased work performance and productivity, reduced absenteeism, reduction in conflict and occupational stress, improved staff morale, employee retention and recruitment, reduced worker’s compensation claims, improve employee satisfaction and enhance employer-employee relationships.

Eap.Org (Inc) is committed to working with all Australian employers, practitioners and providers in the development of best practice Employee Assistance Programs.

Eap.Org (Inc) is a not for profit organization with the emphasis being on understanding the needs of our organisational clients and tailoring services to support and prevent mental health issues in the workplace.

Memberships & Benefits

Membership for employers is free and all employers interested in the delivery of Employee Assistance Programs within their organization are encouraged to register. Benefits include access to registered EAP Providers & Practitioners as well as invitations to both participate and attend our regular meetings and conferences.

Membership for EAP Providers & Practitioners is also free with no annual registration fee. Best practice EAP providers may be given a complimentary listing on the Home Page. Practitioners will be listed and access will be given to both employers & EAP providers looking to engage practitioners. Relevant parties will also be invited to participate and attend our regular meetings and conferences.
